2. Hosting and access logs
Our website is served as a static website via Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). Transmission is encrypted (TLS/SSL). Access logs (IP address, date and time, requested page, referrer URL, browser/user agent, status codes) are processed for secure delivery (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A transfer to the USA cannot be excluded; the provider safeguards under Art. 44 et seq. GDPR apply. We set no analytics or tracking cookies and run no own tracking; technically necessary host security cookies may apply. No further third-party services (for example maps or analytics) are currently embedded; should such services be added, we will update this policy and obtain your consent where required.
3. Contact form: how we handle your enquiry
When you use the contact form, we process your name, phone, email, chosen service and message to handle your quote request and take pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Messages are sent via the provider Formspree Inc., USA, acting on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR); a transfer to the USA is possible. Data stays with us until your enquiry is closed and remains retrievable for 30 days in the form archive of the provider Formspree; deletion follows unless statutory retention duties apply.
4. WhatsApp contact: transfer to Meta
When you click a WhatsApp button, you open WhatsApp and transfer data (for example IP address, device information, content you send) to Meta Platforms (WhatsApp). The legal basis is your consent given by the click (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); a transfer to third countries is possible. Please do not send sensitive photos or documents at first, only as agreed.
5. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR) and restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and objection to processing under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR). 6. Right to complain to the supervisory authority
You have the right to complain to a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority competent for private bodies in Bavaria is the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (BayLDA), Ansbach.
7. Storage duration, voluntary provision, no automated decision-making
Providing your data in the form is voluntary and required to handle your enquiry; without this data we cannot handle your enquiry. No automated decision-making including profiling under Art. 22 GDPR takes place.
